Minu Debuts Skin-friendly, Brightening Sun Care at Credo

Minu ("minerals in the nude") is a new dermatologist-designed mineral skin care brand focused on sun protection. The brand's debut product, the hydrating Brightening Sunscreen Minerals Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Gel-Cream ($58.00; 50 ml/1.7 fl oz), has launched at Credo Beauty in-store and online, as well as at the brand's site.

The gel-cream features the brand's Mineral Superblend technology, which comprises zinc oxide and titanium dioxide for UVA/UVB and blue light defense, as well as iron oxide and mica pigments for evening of skin tone,  blurring of fine lines and reduced visibility of spots.

The formulation also delivers antioxidant and anti-irritant activity via echinacea, ginger, and vitamins B3, B5 and E. (See footer for full ingredient deck.)

The brand, took part in the XRC accelerator in 2022, was founded by COO Christine Koppinger and Adam Guggenheim and developed in collaboration with founding dermatologist Meghan Dickman, M.D.
